- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Due to the nature of clothing products refunds cannot be provided if you have damaged the product through intentional, unintentional abuse or normal wear and tear. We provide detailed information and images for each product that we sell, and we are available to answer any questions you may have. Requests for exchange or store credit will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
- We do not exchange or refund simply becasue you have changed your mind. If you need to exchange the size this must done within 7 days.
- Any requests for exchange must be done within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Exchanges must be requested in writing, with the invoice number, reason for exchange, and invoice date .
- You will be notified by email or phone with regards to the outcome of your request.
- If request for exchange is approved you must return goods within 7 days in unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for postage cost for returning and resending replacement goods.
- Items sent back to Fairy Frocks without approval will not be accepted or exchanged.
- These products are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is borne by you.
- Fairy Frocks only posts goods within Australia. We are very sorry we are unable to offer international postage.
- Goods will be dispatched within 48hours of cleared payment being received. Please note that direct deposits take 24-48hrs to be received depending on your bank.
- Most orders will be received within 2 to 7 working days of dispatch . Remote country areas, WA, FNQ and TAS may experience a longer than usual delivery time which unfortunately is outside our control.
- We use Australia post registered mail at a flat rate of $9.95 per parcel.
- We can offer platinum Express post on request. Platinum Express is $19.95 on most parcels (large items my not fit in this satchel and additional charges may apply). Express orders must be placed by 1pm if you want them posted same day. Express post is availabe on request. You will not be able to select express post at checkout so please call 0439 464 586 to place express orders during normal business hours.
Security & Reliability
- Each consignment carries an Austraia Post barcoded label, which is scanned during the delivery process. This delivery status information can then be viewed at www.ausposttracking.com.au.
- A signature is also collected on delivery. If you are not home at time of delivery a card will be left and you will need to collect your parcel from your local Post Office.
- Please note that all care is taken in packaging your order securely, however we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage during delivery.
- We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions, and any of our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner.
